I have been given then nickname, Cavewoman, because of my love of the wild, natural world and my desire to support others in connecting to the wild, uninhibited, intuitive parts of themselves. I am inspired by the metaphor of the Cave and the archetype of the Wise Woman, and I am fascinated by cave lore and herstories related to the Cave.

I have a background in social work, plus training and degrees that support my work, all of which you can read about in my professional bio below. Yet, for me, none of that is as important as the intuitive knowing I have that THIS is exactly what I am supposed to be doing. THIS is my heart's work, my soul's purpose, and my full-time job. THIS is where my skills, talents, interests, gifts, and education all intersect in a purposeful and meaningful way.
