Women's Circles

In Person & Virtual

The Cavewoman Way Women's Circle offers safe space for the female body as well as a place to embrace its cycles and seasons as sacred. Our women's circle is an internationally recognized Red Tent, a place of self-care and rest, multi-generational wisdom sharing, and bold conversations inspired by nature and the moon. We've had over 50 women's circles since 2017 and new members are always welcome!

New Moon CACAO Ceremony

 Journey to the Heart Cave

FEBRUARY 19, 2023

6209 Lee Highway Chattanooga

New Moon nights are precious opportunities for us to tend to our inner landscapes and Cacao is the perfect plant ally for this work. Cacao is known as the “medicine of love” and opens pathways for connection, self-love, creativity, and healing. Unlike many other ceremonial plants that may transport us to another “world” or take us on a spiritual trip, Cacao opens our hearts and grounds us deeply into the present moment, allowing us to connect with ourselves, journey inward, and Listen.

Free Flow Chattanooga Program

We believe all people should have easy and affordable access to feminine hygiene and period products. We also believe that the seasons and cycles of women should be normalized and honored. These beliefs create the foundation of FREE FLOW, a program sponsored by The Chattanooga Red Tent that offers period and feminine hygiene products to people in the Chattanooga area who need them.

We are currently restocking our inventory and will re-open our referral/application process in early 2023.
